These are from my first trip to Nashville. I was pleasantly surprised at the completely urban feel of Nashville. We stuck to the areas of Nashville near downtown and the nearby colleges and universities, and enjoyed the tourist spots, the live music and one-of-a-kind, only-in-Nash-Vegas boutiques, hole in the walk stores, ribs and BBQ.

We also drove through the neighborhoods surrounding downtown (East Nashville) and it was clear that most of them have recently been renovated. They were so artsy and cool. East Nashville would be my neighborhood.

Nearby, there were lots condos for sale.

There are “above the store” downtown housing, but it was EXPENSIVE. But soooo cool.

If I had to move to another southern city. It would likely be Nashville.

September Goal Meetup End in Review

One of the problems with setting (and keeping) goals is that I’m easily distracted. And while I’ve done a heck of a job accomplishing my goals, I’ve spent some time on things that are important, but…
